About Shelter Roundtable

Shelter Roundtable helps animal shelters and rescue organizations improve their marketing and save time advertising with monthly marketing templates, resources, and tools.

Our Story

Shelter Roundtable is the brainchild of husband-and-wife team Shane and Carol Daley. Shane has over 20 years of experience in website marketing and development. Carol has personal experience volunteering at the local animal shelter. Between the two, they make an ideal partnership with the skills and expertise needed to assist shelters and rescues.

Carol is aware of the difficulties nonprofit organizations encounter in promotion and fundraising. In addition to providing her own website design and marketing expertise to the local Humane Society, she has fostered more than 150 cats and kittens and assisted local TNR advocates with the animals they care for.

When it comes to fostering, Shane is not just along for the ride. He has always been a huge help with caring for the cats who’ve been medical fosters and bottle-feeding the neonatal kittens. Seeing the continual need for promotion and outreach, Shane came up with the concept of creating assets, tools, and resources to make shelter marketing and fundraising easier and more streamlined.

And so, Shelter Roundtable was born!

The Big Juicy Gang

The Big Juicy Gang started on May 21, 2017 when we adopted our first two feline leukemia positive cats, Sinatra (AKA Big Juicy) and Drax the Meower from the local Humane Society.

Sinatra, along with a third FeLV+ cat we adopted, Keyser Cöze (Cozy) have since crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

The Gang is still going strong, thanks to new FeLV+ members Ruby, Cole, Georgie, and canine honorary member Lady. Follow them on Instagram @thebigjuicygang!
