What is Shelter Roundtable?
Shelter Roundtable is a membership site designed to help animal shelters and rescues improve their marketing and save time advertising.
The site includes a library of monthly-updated marketing templates, resources, and exclusive tools so your organization can raise more money and home more animals.
There is also a community section to post and share information with other members, along with friendly support!

Who is Membership best suited for?
Membership is best suited to those who manage the marketing needs of an animal shelter or rescue organization. (Primarily dogs and cats.) Our content is designed to provide ideas, inspiration and content to speed up an organization’s marketing and outreach efforts.
How is Canva used for the templates?
Most of our Library assets are Canva templates that are shared with you. Canva is an easy to use graphic design program. When you use a template for, say a social media post, you import the asset into your own Canva account. Then you can use the asset as it is, or you can edit the logo, colors, fonts, photos and rearrange the layout as much as you want. You can even copy and resize the graphic for different uses.

What are the AI Credits for?
Every account comes with a set amount of credits that can be applied toward the AI tools. For example, the Animal Adoption Bio Generator costs one credit per use. The amounts will vary depending on the membership level. The credits are reset each month on the day of your registration.
Is Shelter Roundtable only for organizations in the United States?
While we are US-based and our material is geared toward US audiences, the marketing assets and material can be tailored for any area. After all, animal advocacy is a worldwide effort!
Is there a trial membership?
To try out the site, sign up for the Basic Free Membership. That will give you access to a good amount of the site resources and limited AI credits. Then, if you want to upgrade, simply sign up for a Standard or Pro Membership.
